Pledge Sheet - Old School Style
All money raised goes directly to the Ottawa Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Please bring your cash and cheque pledges with you to event registration on race day. All cheques must be issued in Canadian dollars and made payable to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Ottawa Chapter.
